Tiny Tapes is operated by [[NEEDS JAKOB: legal entity name]], [[NEEDS JAKOB: business mailing address]]. We sell digital music video editing packs and plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Everything we sell is a digital product: editing packs, presets, LUTs, overlays, and software plugins. Nothing ships physically. Orders are delivered by instant download, and software orders also come with a license key issued through our backend.

Checkout and payment are handled entirely by Shopify. Prices are shown in the currency Shopify displays at checkout, and any taxes are calculated there. We never see or store your full card details.

Buying a pack or plugin gives you a license to use it in your own video editing work. [[NEEDS JAKOB: license scope, meaning can videos made using these packs and plugins be sold or used commercially, and can the raw files themselves be resold, redistributed, or shared]]

• Use automated tools to scrape the site or interfere with checkout.
• Dispute a legitimate charge with your bank instead of contacting support first.

All sales are final because every product is a digital file delivered instantly. See the Refund Policy for the one exception.

Account access is passwordless: we email you a link tied to your Shopify customer account rather than storing a password. Keep control of the email address you order with, since it is how you access your orders and license keys.

We use Shopify for checkout, Klaviyo for email, PostHog for analytics, Meta for advertising, and Judge.me for reviews. Each has its own terms for the data it processes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we send them and why.

The site itself, and every product we sell, belongs to [[NEEDS JAKOB: legal entity name]], except for the license you get when you buy something.

We provide the site and its products as they are. We do not promise a pack or plugin will work with every version of every editor, though we describe compatibility as accurately as we can on each product page.
