Tiny Tapes is operated by Tiny Tapes LLC. We sell digital music video editing packs and plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Everything Tiny Tapes sells is a digital product: editing packs, presets, LUTs, overlays, and software plugins. Those orders are delivered by instant download, and software orders also come with a license key issued through our backend. A small number of physical items, the Tiny Tapes sticker and apparel, exist as past orders and direct-link purchases only and are no longer listed in the shop; if you order one, it ships in the mail instead of downloading. See the Shipping Policy for how each kind of order is delivered.

Checkout and payment are handled entirely by Shopify. Prices are shown in the currency Shopify displays at checkout, and any taxes are calculated there. We never see or store your full card details.

Buying a pack or plugin gives one person a perpetual license to use it in their own edits, including paid client work, monetized videos, and other commercial projects. There is no extra fee for commercial use and no credit required.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, repackage, or upload the raw files themselves anywhere, and you may not present the files as your own product. Reselling or sharing the files ends your license.

Software license keys are issued to the order that purchased them and can be activated on 2 computers, so one editor can run a desktop and a laptop. Deactivating a computer frees up a slot, and you can email support if you need a license moved to a new machine.

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files themselves outside the license above.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or interfere with checkout.
• Dispute a legitimate charge with your bank instead of contacting support first.

Sales of our digital products are final because those files are delivered instantly. See the Refund Policy for the one exception.

Account access is passwordless: we email you a link tied to your Shopify customer account rather than storing a password. Keep control of the email address you order with, since it is how you access your orders and license keys.

We use Shopify for checkout, Klaviyo for email, PostHog for analytics, Meta for advertising, and Judge.me for reviews. Each has its own terms for the data it processes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we send them and why.

The site itself, and every product we sell, belongs to Tiny Tapes LLC, except for the license you get when you buy something.

We provide the site and its products as they are. We do not promise a pack or plugin will work with every version of every editor, though we describe compatibility as accurately as we can on each product page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms as the site or the products change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
