Shipping Policy

Everything sold on this site is an instant digital download. Every editing pack, preset, LUT, overlay, and plugin arrives as a download, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times. The Tiny Tapes sticker and apparel are the one exception: they are physical, no longer listed in the shop, and only reachable through an order already placed or a direct product link. Here is how delivery actually works for each.
Digital delivery, not shipping
Every editing pack and plugin we sell is delivered as a digital download. There is no shipping carrier and no shipping address to fill in at checkout for these, and no shipping charge is added.
How fast you get it
Delivery is instant. Once your payment goes through, your download is available right on the order confirmation page, and a confirmation email with the same download link follows separately.
Software orders also include a license key, issued automatically at the same time.
If you do not see the email
Give it a few minutes and check your spam folder first. If it still has not shown up, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com with the name and email you used on the order, and which product you bought.
Physical items
The Tiny Tapes sticker and apparel are physical and ship in the mail instead of downloading. They are no longer browsable in the shop, but the product page still works for anyone with a direct link, an old email, or an order already placed. If you check out one of these, the page shows the shipping cost and an estimated delivery time based on your address before you pay.
Worldwide
Because our packs and plugins are delivered digitally, we sell those to customers anywhere with an internet connection, with no customs forms, import duties, or shipping restrictions to worry about. A physical order may be subject to customs or import rules in your country.
