Refund Policy

Most of what we sell is a digital file delivered the moment you pay. This page explains why we don't offer refunds and how exchanges work instead.
No refunds on digital orders
Digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed. This is the same policy that applies at checkout, and it's because the file is already in your hands the moment the order goes through.
Exchanges instead
If a pack doesn't work in your editor, or it just isn't what you needed, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com and we'll exchange it for another pack.
If something is actually wrong
If the file you downloaded does not match what the listing described, for example a broken file or a pack missing what was advertised, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com and tell us what is wrong. We will send you a working file.
Software and license keys
FastFX, TrackerLabs, and our other software products issue a license key immediately on purchase. If a key doesn't work, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com and we'll fix it or send you a new one.
